We have all experienced lock down conditions against a virus that we had never heard of prior to last Christmas. A virus that has irrevocably changed our world. Everywhere we turn we find lives have taken a different turn due to our strict lockdown procedures and it will take some time to get back on track, if at all. We are fortunate as miniaturists that our hobby gave us something to turn to in hard times. We were not resting on our laurels as the content of this issue illustrates. The challenges we set ourselves lie in it’s heart. We have an idea, we cogitate on it, perhaps build it in our minds while we are having our breakfast. During construction we stop and think on another little challenge, (or two). Eventually it is complete, to our satisfaction, to delight others.
